Alcohol and Kavinace
As with any GABA acting drug (including alcohol), we recommend exercising caution when using it in conjunction with Kavinace. If someone has consumed a large amount of alcohol, we typically recommend avoiding the use of Kavinace. Likewise, if someone has had 1 or 2 drinks, the sedating effect will not be as pronounced and low-dose Kavinace is fine in those situations.

I take AdreCor by NeuroScience for chronic and adrenal fatigue. I can't function without it. I know my quality of life would be poor without it. I don't have a burst of energy, but my energy level is better and I can accomplish regular day to day tasks when taking the pills.

While I have noticed increased energy during the day I am not sure whether it is from actually sleeping at night (from the Kavinace) or from this product. I'm assuming it's both. I've had no side affects.

I started taking adrecore when my mom was dying of cancer and I was just starting my own business. I was exausted and did not know how I would cope with all the stress. My PA recommended I start taking adrecore and within 3 weeks I noticed a marked difference. My 15 year old has stop taken Adrecor a year ago and the past 5-6 months he had hard time focusing at school, had no engery and had hard time sleeping at night. Also, his eczema was the worst it ever been (stress related) After taking 2 Capsules daily and 1 5HTP at night for 10 days, his energy level was increased
he slept better adn seems more relaxed, his eczema is starting to improve. This product Adrecor is a must for him. THank you.

I have used the NeuroScience AdreCor supplement. I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the afternoon. I have more energy and focus while taking AdreCor. I don't hit the "fatigue wall" later in the day like I would without AdreCor.

Helps our child w/ anxiety, mood & hyperactivity

We came to use Kavinace for our elem age daughter with neurological issues based on the advice & experience of a child development research team at a univ near our home. We were convinced by them of its safety. It has helped our child be calmer, has helped stabilize her moods, has reduced her hyperactivity. She also takes RX mood stabilizers, but the Kavinace keeps that from having to be increased. She has sleep issues too and perhaps Kavinace helps w/ that too, but we didn't start using it for that reason. She has to take large doses of melatonin to be able to fall asleep. She has no side effects from taking Kavinace. We tried taking her off Kavinace for a few weeks as a test of its effectiveness. After about a week w/o it, we saw that it helped her immensely (she's a gifted, A student). We won't ever go w/o it again.

Kavinace is without doubt the best product I have ever come accross. It induces sweet sleep without groggy effects in the morning. I was skeptical about taking it during the day for occasional anxiety, but to my surprise it eased my anxiety without making me sleepy.

I have taken every OTC sleep aid, I have tried baths, I have tried tea- Ive tried it all. My mind just cant be put to sleep! If I take enough cough syrup I can sleep but then I wake up feeling crummy...and like a junkie haha. Kavinace gives me a quick yet suddle boost toward sleep that keeps me asleep till morning when i wake up feeling like a million bucks! HIGH RECOMMEND! I bought some for all my family.

I bought this product for my mom because I heard it worked wonders for sleep and anxiety. She takes it every night now and loves it! Now I don't have to worry about her taking products unlike Kavinace that are not natural which will cause negative side effects.

I use Kavinace during the day to help with anxiety and Travacor for sleeping at night. If I get too groggy, I'll stop taking the Travacor until I feel I need it again. Kavinace is a staple for me and has really made a difference in leveling my moods.

Instant Miracle

The Kavinace 120 I purchased from you has been an instant miracle in our home. My husband was falling asleep around 11:00 p.m. only to wake at 2-3:00 am and not go back to sleep, this product cured that malaise in one night. I have been unable to fall asleep for 3 years without some sort of sleeping aid. Just about the time I would fall asleep my heartbeat would accelerate as if I was scared out of my wits. This action would jolt me awake and sleep would not come all night. I also have been unable to take a little nap in the afternoon due to this same sensation, but all has changed this week due to Kavinace.

I had a terrible time sleeping for a couple of years - waking every 90 min. to 2 hours all night long and never feeling rested. The first night I tried Kavinace (I was skeptical but decided to give it a try) I slept through the night. I've slept well ever since taking 2 caps every evening. Another reviewer mentioned the vivid dreams. I've noticed this too, but I really appreciate them. I've always had lots of dreams and they disappeared when the sleep problems started. I'm very happy to be dreaming again!

Kavinace is a great product for people who need a nudge toward sleeping without being knocked out the rest of the following day. Kavinace in conjunction with melatonin is the only thing that helped my insomniac friend sleep for the first time in 4 years after getting off an addiction to prescription drugs. Soooo good deal.

I have finally been able to sleep after years of either not sleeping at all or when I slept not sleeping well. Now I actually fall asleep within a half hour of going to bed and stay asleep! The only downside that I've noticed is that I've begun to a have very vivid dreams which I sometimes wake up from not feeling very rested. It also frequently gives me heartburn unless I take it with milk.

I have major sleep problems which has caused Fibromyalgia and Sleep Apnea. Once I started taking this product under my naturopath's instructions of 4 tablets per night, I sleep 7 hours, which is a great improvement from the 2-4 hours previously.
