TravaCor Jr. is a calming product recommended to support serotonin production and modulate GABA and glutamate activity.  It has been specially formulated to increase serotonin levels using 5-HTP. TravaCor is typically dosed between 1-3 capsules before the evening meal and/or 1-3 capsules 30 minutes before bedtime.

Reducing the dose and/or taking the products with a small amount of non-protein containing food can reduce stomach upset.  If another product is desired, TravaCor can be replaced with the milder Nuvoxil product or 5-HTP Spray.
