Before Travacor I took antidepressents for 25 yrs and during the last 15 yrs I tried different supplement programs to help me get off of antidepressants. WOW! At last, I found something that finally worked. After taking Travacor for about 2 wks, I decided to slowly decrease the dosage of the antidepressant. It took about a month or maybe even less, and I started to notice I was feeling BETTER than I was when taking antidepressant. I started with 1 Travacor in the morning, 1 in afternoon, and 2 B/bedtime and on an empty stomach. I followed this schedule for about a couple of months now it's just 1 in morning and 2 B/bedtime. Travacor may be a little expensive but it is sooo worth it. My quality of life is worth it.

I take one of these in the evening if I'm feeling tense and anxious and it works really well. I sleep solidly and feel well rested in the morning. I also take 2 Kavinace during the day. These products have been critical to helping me with my anxiety.

Just started Travacore yesterday. I felt a little better last night. Just hope it works and kicks this anxiety. Have some heart palpitations yesterday morning but in the afternoon after taking Travacor I felt fine. Hope it contiues to do its job. So ready to get off all anxiety and depressant meds.
