Take 2 Tablespoons ground flaxseeds. Grind flaxseeds in coffee grinder and grind only as much as needed. Freeze ground leftovers in airtight container. Use in baking, blender drinks or sprinkle on cereal.
Replace oil in baking recipes: for 1/3 cup oil, use 1 cup ground flaxseeds.
Store at room temperature.
